This chardonnay wine is made with grapes carefully harvested at night and in the morning to preserve their flavor before being aged for eight months in a combination of oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. The result is an elegant and crisp white wine with hints of citrus flavors along with nectarine, baked apple, marshmallow, spice, and toasted oak notes. A rich and fruity wine with a well-balanced, medium body, this California chardonnay is the perfect complement to most any meal.
