The palate is layered texturally and has rich, pronounced blackberries and ripe plum. Soft, fine-grained tannins and smoky, dark chocolate linger through the finish. The result is an elegant yet complex layered wine. Our Pinot Noir has flavors of black plum, blackberry, dark chocolate, and spice with a touch of smoke to finish.
