Seagram’s VO is an iconic Canadian Whisky introduced in 1914 by Joseph E. Seagram as a special blend of his finest whiskey’s to celebrate his son’s wedding. Its golden hue is distinctive and inviting. Its aroma is rich and full bodied, with sweet notes of autumn fruit and wine. Its taste is exceptionally mellow and delicate on the palate, with a warm, satisfying finish.On the palate, the texture is fat and amorous, a bit viscous too. Corn syrup, creamy vanilla, oranges, cherries, maple water, pears and apricots, caramel, rye cereal, pepper, a touch of burnt wood, cinnamon and ginger in the background. Sweet, languid finish, over corn syrup and caramel.
